THE FIELD DECIDES
A decision is made in contact with dermatologists and patients, not in a meeting room. We learned this the hard way: at the start, we took a very engineering-driven approach, a theoretically perfect product, stacked with features. In practice, it was only used at 50% of its capacity. Today, our approach is more pragmatic and agile: we decide as close as possible to real needs, those of doctors and of our own teams. We move forward in small steps on real problems rather than through grand theoretical plans. At Damae, the answer comes from the field: no one is too senior to go see what's actually happening there.

A doctor who works with us doesn't become a customer, they join a community. We build with them well before signing anything, and we stay by their side long after: clinical studies, new indications, publications.
